GRP/FRP fire protection tanks manufactured by Trokotex provide durable and reliable solutions for storing fire-fighting water and foam concentrates. Made from corrosion-resistant composite materials capable of withstanding demanding operating conditions, they meet stringent fire protection requirements while ensuring long-term performance.
Thanks to their lightweight construction, our tanks can be easily installed both above ground and underground.
The GRP/FRP technology used in our fire protection tanks is identical to that employed in potable water storage tanks, ensuring high material quality, safety, and reliability for both industrial and drinking water applications.
These tanks are widely used as fire water storage tanks and fire protection reservoirs, offering exceptional durability, chemical resistance, and compliance with industry safety standards.

Trokotex fire protection tanks for foam concentrates are manufactured from GRP/FRP composites using special fire-retardant resins certified by Lloyd’s Register.
Our tanks comply with strict quality and safety standards confirmed by ISO 9001 and TÜV Austria certifications.
Thanks to their excellent mechanical strength and chemical resistance, they are ideally suited for the storage of firefighting foam concentrates.
Optional Equipment
TROKOTEX GRP/FRP fire protection tanks are widely used in both private and public sectors. They are trusted by wastewater treatment plant designers, water treatment facilities, industrial contractors, power plants, and environmental engineering companies.
The use of premium-quality fiberglass and advanced resin systems provides numerous advantages:
The resin later does not contaminate stored wated, ensuring maximum purity and reliability.
The tanks offer outstanding resistance to corrosion and harsh environmental conditions.
We manufacture both compact units and large custom-designed tanks with non-standard geometries.
Our tanks combine lightweight construction with exceptional mechanical strength and resistance to UV radiation.

GRP/FRP fire protection tanks are an essential component of firefighting systems used in industrial facilities, logistics centers, fuel storage installations, and chemical plants.
They are designed for the storage and dosing of firefighting foams, including:
Horizontal ZH-type tanks (cylindrical tanks with saddle supports or continuous supports) are engineered for use in water-based and foam-based fire suppression systems.
Manufactured from composite materials reinforced with fire-rerardant resins, these tanks are certified by Lloyd’s Register and meet stringent requirements for chemical and mechanical resistance.
Advantages of Horizontal Fire Protection Tanks:
Horizontal tanks may also be equipped with integrated safety containment systems designed to protect the stored medium against accidental leakage
Our 200 m³ solution is designed as an underground GRP/FRP fire protection tank (ZP type).
The lightweight, corrosion-resistant composite structure simplifies installation in confined spaces and challenging ground conditions. The design complies with the requirements of PN-B-02857:2017 and is suitable for registration with the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
The tank is reinforced with specially engineered external support rings that absorb and distribute soil pressure, backfill loads, and dynamic forces. This minimizes shell deformation and ensures long-term, reliable operation.
We design and manufacture tanks up to 300m3 and beyond. Contact us at: zbiorniki@trokotex.pl.

Fire protection tanks intended for storing foam concetrates are typically equipped with the following components:
Nozzles maintain proper operating conditions during filling and emptying operations. They serve as standard connection points for pipelines and flanged fittings.
The configuration and location of nozzles are individually tailored to customer requirements. Connections may also be supplied with blind flanges, threaded fittings, and other accessories.
Inspection manways are installed in locations specified by the customer according to operational requirements
To ensure complete sealing, a chemical-resistant gasket is installed between the manway and the cover. This solution provides excellent durability and long-term reliability.
Transportation and lifting lugs are included to facilitate safe handling during transport and installation.
