The dimensions of each electroplating tank are fully customized to suit the customer’s process requirements and available installation space.

For thermally insulated applications, tanks can be equipped with removable covers and polyurethane (PUR) foam insulation of any required thickness, applied over the entire external surface to minimize heat loss.

All electroplating tanks are mechanically reinforced with external steel structural profiles fully encapsulated in GRP laminate, providing exceptional rigidity while maintaining excellent corrosion resistance.

Drawing on decades of engineering experience, Trokotex designs electroplating tanks from the ground up or converts existing steel tank designs into modern GRP solutions. We can also adapt tank dimensions, process connections, and equipment layouts to match the customer’s facility.

We provide a complete turnkey service, including: Engineering and design, manufacturing, transportation, On-site installation

Every tank is supplied with a drain connection and lifting lugs as standard.

To facilitate the installation fo process equipment, electroplating tanks can also be fitted with mounting shelves for heaters, thermometers, mixers and other accessories. Upon request, both the tanks and their auxiliary equipment can be manufactured entirely from GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic), ensuring maximum corrosion resistance and long service life.
