Vertical Tanks (GRP) – Trokotex
TROKOTEX vertical tanks are primarily designed for installation on foundations. They can be installed both indoors and outdoors, making them an ideal solution in the category of above-ground storage tanks. They are manufactured in a standard range of internal diameters, while the tank length can be customized and is practically limited only by transportation requirements.
Vertical tanks consist of a cylindrical shell and two end caps. Depending on the customer’s requirements, the end caps can be manufactured in elliptical, flat, or conical designs. Since each tank is manufactured according to the individual customer’s order, the arrangement and dimensions of connections (standard nozzles, manholes, threaded connections) are subject to agreement and do not affect the price of the finished tank.
Each product manufactured by us undergoes thorough testing. The chemical resistance and mechanical strength of our products are confirmed by testing laboratories recognized by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). We hold chemical resistance certificates for, among others:
- sodium hypochlorite,
- hydrochloric acid,
- sulfuric acid,
- PIX,
- PAX,
- ALF,
- drinking water,
- fruit and vegetable products,
- food products,
Vertical storage tanks designed for aggressive liquids are manufactured in accordance with licensing documentation approved by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT). Each tank is supplied with a tank passport containing, among other things:
- technical data,
- technical drawings,
- certificates,
- acceptance and inspection reports.
