Horizontal GRP/FRP Tanks – Trokotex

Trokotex horizontal cylindrical tanks are manufactured with two integrated composite saddle supports. Thanks to their excellent chemical resistance, they can be installed both indoors and outdoors, even in highly corrosive industrial environments.

Our horizontal storage tanks are available in two configurations: with two saddle supports or with a continuous support base. These tanks are an ideal solution for facilities with height restrictions while providing high storage capacity.

Horizontal tanks are designed for storing:

• Drinking water and process water,
• Non-aggressive chemicals (paints, aqueous solutions, vegetable oils),
• Corrosive and toxic liquids,
• Industrial wastewater,
• Firefighting foam concentrates.

Horizontal Tanks – Equipment

As standard, our horizontal storage tanks are equipped with inspection manways and flanged nozzles with loose flanges, and a complete set of lifting lugs manufactured in accordance with PN-M-71071.

Optional equipment includes a secondary containment bund, designed to safely contain the stored liquid in the event of leakage, protecting both personnel and the environment from contamination.

We also manufacture underground horizontal tanks, offering an excellent solution where installation space is limited and additional protection is required.
