Trokotex GRP water tanks are one of the flagship products in our portfolio. Manufactured from Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP), they are ideally suited for the storage of drinking water, rainwater, and process water.
Trokotex water tanks are widely used in both the public and private sectors. They are trusted by engineers designing wastewater treatment plants, water treatment facilities, as well as by EPC contractors, industrial companies, power plants, and environmental engineering firms

Type ZV cylindrical tanks consist of a cylindrical shell and two end caps. Depending on the application, the end caps can be manufactured as elliptical, flat or conical.
The shell sections and end caps are manufactured using the hand lay-up lamination process on rotating mandrels and precision moulds before being permamently assembled with nozzles and inspection hatches into a single monolithic structure.
Vertical tanks are available in standard internal diameters of 800, 1200, 1600, 2000, 2400, 2800, 3200, and 3700 mm, with larger diameters available upon request. Tank height can be customized to suit customer requirements and is generally limited only by transportation capabilities.

Specifications
Every Trokotex tank undergoes comprehensive quality testing in our in-house laboratory, which is officially recognized by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
Since every tank is manufactured to individual customer specifications, the size and location of nozzles, inspection hatches, and threaded connections can be fully customized without affecting the final product price.
Optional equipment includes:
PUR foam insulation to protect against freezing in low-temperature environments.
Electric heating system with heating cable and control cabinet for frost protection in extreme climates
Liquid level indicators
Internal and external GRP or stainless steel ladders
These options allowch each tank to be tailored precisely to the operating conditions and requirements of the installation.
