Type ZVn – Vertical Tanks on Support Legs
Trokotex vertical tanks are primarily designed for installation on prepared foundations. They can be installed both indoors and outdoors and are manufactured in a range of standard internal diameters. Tank height is fully customizable and is generally limited only by transportation requirements.
Each tank consists of a cylindrical shell and two end caps, which can be manufactured as elliptical, flat, or conical, depending on the customer’s process requirements.
As every tank is custom-manufactured, the size and location of process nozzles, inspection hatches, and threaded connections are individually specified by the customer without affecting the final product price.

Vertical tanks for aggressive chemicals are manufactured in accordance with UDT-approved design documentation (Polish Office of Technical Inspection).
Each tank is supplied with a comprehensive Tank Passport, including:

Compared with conventional steel storage tanks, GRP tanks are significantly lighter, completely corrosion-resistant and require much smaller and less expensive foundations.
Our atmospheric (non-pressurized) GRP storage tanks are commonly used for the continuous storage of: Animal feed, Water, Coagulants, Acids (e.g. hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid), Alkalis (e.g. sodium hydroxide), AdBlue.
