Rectangular Tanks for Drinking Water and Process Water
Type ZC rectangular tanks are suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations. They are the ideal solution where installation space is limited and a rectangular design allows for more efficient use of the available area.
Each tank is custom-engineered to meet the customer’s individual requirements and specific technical specifications.
The Trokotex Water Series rectangular tanks are designed for the storage of:

Advantages & Benefits
Trokotex manufactures rectangular GRP tanks in virtually any required capacity. The overall dimensions, including length, width, and height, as well as the number and location of nozzles, inspection hatches, and process connections, are individually designed to suit each customer’s application and operating conditions.
For optimum structural rigidity, we recommend designing rectangular tanks with a maximum height of 2,200 mm. Where larger storage capacities are required, increasing the length and/or width is generally more efficient than increasing the tank height.

All Trokotex rectangular GRP tanks undergo comprehensive quality inspections in our in-house testing laboratory, which is officially recognized by the Polish Office of Technical Inspection (UDT).
*Our manufacturing capabilities include:
Production of large-scale tanks with custom dimensions and non-standard geometries.
* Tanks intended for potable water storage are certified with a PZH Hygienic Certificate, confirming their suitability for contact with drinking water.
* Manufactured using premium-quality resins and glass fibres, our tanks provide numerous advantages, including:
* lightweight construction with high mechanical strength and excellent UV resistance, no direct contact between the resin and the stored water, ensuring the purity of the medium, minimal operating and maintenance costs, and outstanding corrosion resistance.
* Upon request, we also manufacture tanks higher than 2,200 mm. These designs incorporate additional structural reinforcement in the form of internal and/or external stiffening ribs or internal bulkheads, ensuring the required rigidity and long-term reliability.
