The Platinum estate is located in a picturesque, green part of Nowa Wieś Malborska, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, in the vicinity of the newly built houses on Platynowa Street.
Optimizing construction, the use of composite reinforcement from TROKOTEX Polymer Group. The use of composite reinforcement compared to steel saves up to 45% of the resources allocated for reinforcement. In addition, the structure made with composite reinforcement causes a reduction in the weight of the building (composite reinforcement is 1/10 the weight of steel). Globally, the lower weight of the structure allows us to optimize the entire building structure.
Energy-efficient construction and design
The foundation slabs and thermally active ceilings designed and constructed by ARTmachine powered by low-temperature heating, due to their high inertia with the same power source, in practice show on average 25% lower utility costs than underfloor heating. Combined with recuperation and a Ground Heat Exchanger (GWC) located within the thermally active foundation slab, it gives us not only savings in utility costs during the heating season and temperature comfort in the summer.
