Galvanic bath
The type ZC rectangular tanks we offer are suitable for both outdoor and indoor use. They mainly work well in areas where space is limited.
The tank structure and equipment are designed to take into account individual customer requirements and meet specific technical requirements.
The production range of TROKOTEX includes rectangular tanks of any capacity. The overall dimensions of tanks of this type (length, width and height) as well as the number and positioning of manholes and stub pipes are determined individually for each customer depending on the purpose of the tank and the conditions of its operation. Due to the fact that the optimal rigidity is possessed by tanks with a small height, it is recommended to design tanks with a height not exceeding 2200 mm. If a large capacity tank is required then it is recommended to design them wider and/or longer rather than taller.

Specification
The dimensions of the tubs can be shaped as desired, depending on the current requirements at the facility.
In the case of heat-protected tubs, the tubs are additionally equipped with removable covers and/or thermal insulation (made of polyurethane foam of any thickness) over the entire outer surface.
All galvanized tubs are mechanically reinforced from the outside by assembling steel sections that have been covered with a layer of laminate.
We design galvanic bathtubs based on our extensive experience, and we can also adapt steel bathtub designs to those made of GRP, and we also offer to adapt the bathtub dimensions and connections to the facility.
Our company offers a comprehensive service for the investment by designing, manufacturing, transporting and installing the bathtubs at the foundation site.
Each tub is equipped with a drain spigot and a set of transport handles.
In order to facilitate the installation of instrumentation, plating baths can be equipped with shelves for mounting heaters, thermometers, mixing devices, etc. We propose to make the tubs (including instrumentation) entirely of composite.
